Small-lot traditional method sparkling rosé. Uniquely fruit forward from an early pick of Marechal Foch grown by our organic grower in Windsor on loam-clay soil. Gentle whole cluster pressing in a champagne bladder press extracted the minimal pigment that is showcased. Organic & Vegan.
