Winemaker Bruce Ewert moved with his wife Pauline Scott and his young family from BC to found L’Acadie Vineyards in Nova Scotia’s Gaspereau Valley. He chose these 30 acres as an ideal location for a traditional-method sparkling, enlightened-environment and winemaker-owned winery. Bruce is Nova Scotia’s most-experienced winemaker, dedicated to creating the most enjoyable, sustainable and traditional sparkling wines in the region.
